Orders
1. Prior the order the Customer must know the rules and confirm his/hers acceptance. Sales is possible to registered Customers only.
2. Orders can be placed via this website.
3. The customer must define the product and it's quantity (in units), providing, if necessary, additional information.
4. Afterwards the order can be placed.
5. All gods in our on-line shop are described and price information is given. If the description is insufficient the Customer can ask for direct contact with us. Please notice that the product photos are for illustration and the ordered goods may differ slightly from those presented on our website.
Prices
Prices are gross prices (with taxes and duties), expressed in Polish Zloty (PLN).
Delivery cost is not included. The final offer price depends on chosen delivery way and delivery place.
The seller has right to change on-line shop prices as well as to introduce new products or to remove inaccessible.
The availability of ordered goods
All goods are offered when available. However, it might happen that several simultaneous orders will cause product depletion. In such situations and during promotion campaigns the orders will be proceeded in first served basis.
The Customers will be informed about inability to complete the contract, making choice of possible execution (partial delivery, awaiting for the product or cancellation). In case of order withdraw the payment will be refunded with no charge.
Orders confirmation and delivery
The Seller declares delivery of goods in the territory of Poland and standard delivery terms refer to operation performed in this territory.
Delivery to other destinations is possible, however, the Customer is liable for compliance with local regulations on medical products.
The order will be implemented immediately after submission. Goods will be prepared for delivery after the payment.
The Seller will make every effort to make the delivery time as short as possible. Unless the Parties have agreed otherwise, the contract will be performed not later than in 30 days from the order placement .
The delivery can be done by DHL, Polish Post or by the technical service.
The seller will not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by the provider of courier service or by Polish Post.
All goods offered in our on-line shop are brand new (except for "demo devices") and meet all formal requirements of Polish market.
Payment
1. Payment can be performed in two forms: cash on delivery (up to 5000 PLN value) or prepayment in PLN, Euro or USD.
2. The cost of delivery is calculated individually each time. The final delivery price depends on chosen delivery way and delivery place.
The right of withdrawal and refund policies
The customer has right to withdraw from the contract without any reason and return the goods at his cost within 14 days from delivery. The procedure requires Customer's statement on cancellation which can be downloaded from our website.
Unless the Parties have agreed otherwise, the withdrawal rights from a distance contract does not refer to consumable items.
Goods will be refunded provided that they are in an intact and original packaging with no signs of use or copy, with no defects, except from the basis of complaint. Goods can not be returned incomplete. Goods secured from opening - for instance by safety seals - can not be returned after unpacking.
Money refund will be transferred to a designated bank account, unless the Parties agree otherwise, in 14 days from returned goods arrival. Reimbursement refers only to goods, not to the delivery fee. Goods should be sent to Netz Poland Complaint Department - 61-313 Poznań, Szczepankowo 158 B, Poland. The cash return will be done by bank transfer after positive inspection of the goods, unless the Parties agree otherwise.
The right to withdraw from the agreement does not exclude Seller's liability for product defects and manufacturer's warranty.
Complaints
1.The Customer can issue a complaint to the Seller's complaint department by the regular or electronic mail (Netz Poland Complaint Department - 61-313 Poznań, Szczepankowo 158 B, Poland or bok@netzpolska.pl).
2. The complaint must state reason for it's submission and Customer's expectations on the Seller's action.
3. The complaint will be accepted in case of product natural or legal defect or non-conformity with the contract. It's a must to deliver - at the cost of the Customer- the product in it's original packaging together with document claim and purchase proof to the address - Netz Poland Complaint Department - 61-313 Poznań, Szczepankowo 158 B, Poland.
Accepted complaint can result in product repair - at the cost of the Seller, product substitution, price discount or contract cancellation. The contract can not be terminated when non-conformity of the goods is immaterial.
Final provisions
Matters not covered by the general conditions are subject to Civil Law Code, the provisions of Act of July 27th 2002 on specific terms of consumer sales and amendments to the Civil Law Code and provisions of the Act of March 2nd 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and responsibilities for damage caused by dangerous product and other laws.
All personal data obtained in order to perform orders will be protected and used in accordance with the Act of Law on personal data protection of September 29th 1997.
In case of any disputes arising from the contract or it's implementation the court competent for conclusion is the court competent for the Seller.
It is presumed that the Customer, placing the order, is familiar with these terms and conditions of sales and accepts them.
The Seller reserves rights to change the terms and conditions.
